Help! More water inside

The enemy has visited again!

Water is getting inside around the front window on our T-2675.

It appears that the top corner of the window is not flush against the outside of the unit. The wall is getting damp around this side of the window. Is there a way to tighten this? Is there a seal that may need to be replaced?

JohnB is on a distinguished road
The putty tape seal between the window and the camper is bad. While tightening the screws on the inside of the window flange may help slow the water down, it will not stop it or consider it fixed.

The window unit needs to be pulled out and new butyl sealing tape used as the primary seal in place of the putty tape. The butyl will stop the water right after the window seal is completed. For added security, use Dicor non sag - non leveling caulk on the exposed edge of the butyl sealing tape.

See my response in this post. There is a link there to my pictures on removing the windows and how to reseal them.

And after the butyl tape sealing, then the Dicor is on this post. http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f7...tml#post137746

Hope this helps

John
