Where did you see the water? That would help as to a place to start. Quite often it is the roof, the seams should be inspected twice a year to look for loose or broken areas of the dicor sealer.

Can't tell where the leak is coming in from the inside, just a couple spots of the ceiling paper peeling back at the seams but it might have been that way for a while. Haven't used it in two years. Also its an 06 not an 05. Thanks for any help.

Checked the roof a couple of little holes in the sealant here and there. What kind should I get from my local RV dealer/repair store? Lotta bee's in the ac unit and the vent from the fridge when running on propane. Will spray them tonight, guess go up and clean it up tomorrow am and then seal once its dry?

Dicor self leveling sealer is the usual fix when you spot some holes in the sealer.

A real good fix is eternabond tape. JohnB had a real good explaination with his usual great pictures that showed how he did his roof. That fix takes a lot longer than Dicor but will no doubt be more permanent.

Will see if I can find John's thread, It is well worth the read.

Hi Bill

If you are seeing cieling paper rolling back, that is a heads up for sure. If it is near a light fixtiure or even near by, take the light down and pock around in side feeling/looking for wet insulation. If you have a problem, now is the time to deal with it. If it festers for 6 months to a year the repair get's a lot more involved.

As to the caulk, see here this may help. Like Gene said if your camper starts getting 4 years old and is outside a lot, odds are rising quick that cracks are forming. One wants to be up on the roof looking 3 to 4 times a year. Especially in the fall before winter and then again in the spring after the thaw out. The key is, you see the smallest split, deal with it then. They only get bigger, never smaller.

If you find a wet problem and need to help, posts some pics so we can see what you are upagainst and help point you where to start the hunt.

Good luck

John
