faucet stem

I have T276 SR 2006 and I’m looking for the vender or manufacture for the kitchen sink and bath room faucets, it seems that when the hot water is turned on the stem makes a squeaking sound which is only created when the hot side is turned on, the cold side is fine. I even shot a small amount of silicone spray hoping that would remedy the problem. I thought the faucets were made by the Phoenix Company but when I talked to them they informed me they were not the Vender. So if anyone knows can you let me know? Thanks
