Elec./ WH issue resolved....

You won't believe this!!!! Boy, have I learned not to trust the guys at the camper store. So, if you recall, we could not get our WH to work on electric, but it did fine on propane. Puled the element, it was fine. Checked the fuses, fine. So we took it to the shop. Turns out it was not a warranty isse, so Atwood would not pay for it. When the unit was installed, Sunline never installed the wiring to feed power to the WH!!!!! So when we turned the unit on, the light would go on, but there was no power to the unit! How did THAT pass inspection? My Que was built in April, not at the end of the run. Now it is a 'Canadian' version (
everything is written in French! ), but they need hot water up there, too!GRRRRRR

Sorry, just had to vent. $150 dollar fix, but I guess since we got the camper at such a great deal, we are still "In the green" That's what I am telling my DH, anyway!

Well.... I would say no power feed would be a cause....

Glad you now have this all straightened out.

While I would of guessed a number of things that could of prevent power to the element, not having it wired was not one of them
