Cushions (free)

We are 99% sure we are replacing the dinette cushions on our Sunline. The cushions we have now are not bad, no rips, stains and just minor fading. The foam inside is just not supportive enough for us to sit for long and we want solid color to update the look. We would bring these to a meet and greet (we are attending Buttonwood, Southwoods and Adirondack this year) or other arrangement if you are near VT. Two each 14" x 42" back cushions with the pattern and two 22" x 42" seat cushion in solid blue. It is the Caribbean blue in the brochure if you look at Solaris 2001 in the files at top of page. Pictures can be emailed. PM me if interested.

I may be interested. I'll check my dimensions, which I think are the same as yours. The color looks like they will work with my TT as well.

Oh my gosh!!! The quote was way beyond our budget!!! Who knew four cushions would cost so much? We are keeping the covers and making the plunge to have them filled with the best foam. Can only justify spending so much on the Sunny ....

Sorry Lynn !

Ok.

After you fill the covers, if you want to get rid of the old foam l'm interested.

How many pounds (density) foam are you getting that you call the "best"?

I think it is 50 or 60 foam? Will see if the foam is any good and save if it is.

It would be interesting if someone knows what the original density is.

I gather you are saying that the original density is two soft?

Oh yes, way too squishy. Maybe because it is old? But the upholstery guy says they don't put really high quality foam in cushions to begin with and, in the sales lot, they want you to feel comfy when trying out. But , after sitting for 1/2 hr. or so... like you would when you buy the camper,it is not so comfortable. At least for those who need support for bad backs, etc.

Not sure, but maybe the tag on the cushion says? They were sometimes manufactured by an outside company.
