Converter problems?

I have a 2003 T 1950. The converter in it says Parallax 7300 series, mine model # 7345. Looks like this is not the original according to manual, according to manual it says Centurion 3000 cs xl. Problem is I cant keep my 12 volts up, connected to generator or campground power supply my batteries arent charging up?? I dont hear any fan blowing, I dont have any blown fuses. I tried plugging my truck in to 7 pin plug, wont charge up. Took batteries off and charged them up, they do hold a charge. I hear people talking about the glass fuse behind the panel, I cant find one on this model. I tried disconnecting the batteries and then hook up my truck but either I cant do this with this model or the converter is dead? Did same thing with generator. I do have some lights, but it seems like they are just running directly off the 12 volt batteries. Any suggestions?? Thanks folks. Can I replace the converter myself?? I'm pretty handy Thanks again

The Parallax 7300 series does look like the Centurion on the outside.

Here is some info for the Parallax 7300 series found that may help.

Thanks for replying Gene, I'm only an owner of the sunline for less than 1 year. I only need to replace the converter on the bottom of the fuse panel correct? I don't need to replace the whole fuse box including the breakers and the 12 volt fuse panel. Not sure of myself. Thanks for any help.
