Can't get cable with one of the outside hookups

We have a Solaris 1950. We are still new to it but the cable hookup near the rest of the hookups won't work. The cable hookup near the door works fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks for any advice.

We have a 2005 T 1950 and it only has one cable hookup and it is located to the right of the electric hookup and it works great. Maybe your cable hookup was moved by the previous owner.

I only have the one cable hookup near the electric hookup same as Jim. Could it be a little modification there or did you buy the unit new?

If it's been modified, the other connection could be disconnected.

Make sure the amplifier is not on at the main outlet inside. (push the little button to turn OFF the little red light)

Do you have two different cable connections on the outside of the trailer?

Or is there one outside and two inside?
