So that meter reads up to 22% and according to that article, that's all we need to know. If it's at or above 16%, there's a problem, right?

It don't take a whole lot of trapped moisture to cause problems. Out of curiosity I checked my towel after shower today. It was reading 16% to 18%. Now take that towel and put it in a plastic bag for a week or so. What do you have? A very damp and musty smell. Over a period of time mold and rot. So you can imagine Whats going on behind walls and under floors when it gets wet and prevented from drying out.

Aint that the truth. It sure doesn't tend to go anywhere when it gets traped undder the floor or in the roof of these trailers. I almost wish there was a small ducting system to air out the subfloor without tearing it out.

Has anyone tried the Dicor roof renew kit? I think it's time I did my roof and I prefer their products.
