Mine need to be turned a full 180°. Have someone stand outside and tell you when the water starts to run. Or, you can hustle out and check it yourself as it's a somewhat slow gravity drain and you should be able to get out in time. I labelled the top of the handle in the "normal" closed position. It's easy to confuse the position otherwise especially if something interrupts what you're doing.

Your '95 and our '99 are pretty much the same. The low point valves only have two positions; one for draining the system and the other for normal operation. The valve handle gets flipped as far as it will go one way or the other. Some might be 90 degree travel and some might be 180 degrees. You just have to determine which you have.
If you are winterizing via the air method, just let the compressor run (at no more than 40 psi) and work the valves in both directions with all other faucets, etc. turned off. You should be able to figure out which position is which and then mark the valves.
If you are using the pink stuff method, make sure someone is at the pump or valve to shut it off if you start losing a lot of pink out the bottom.

Just an aside here. The size and floor plan of the unit is really not so important in this instance. The age of the unit is more valuable because Sunline generally used the same components on all of their models in a given model year or group of years.
That doesn't mean that all trailers have the identical fridges because they did put different sizes in various models. But things like these valves will pretty much be identical regardless of floor plan and size.
There were very few differences between '95 and '99. '99 was the first year of the rounded exterior doors, but other than that there were not a lot of variations in that group of years.

On my low point drains, it was a 180 degree flip. One way for normal, and the other for drain.

Same here. When the valve lever is straight up and down, the valve would only be partially open/closed. I believe it's just a plastic ball valve.
