12V or 110V

I am completely redoing a 1980 Sun Line that I just purchased. Don't see me doing much off the grid camping. But all the components are there for the 12V system. Should I keep the converter or go all 110V.

I would keep the 12 volt for lights, fridge, trailer brakes and breakaway switch for starters.

Thanks. I just started the tear out. Fixing leaks at this point. I haven't tried the converter at this point. If it works, that will help my decision.

Your fridge relies on the 12v system for the controls...also the furnace! And of course,the items the other poster listed....

Yeah keep the 12 volt stuff it's what runs your lights, water pump, furnace and so on. The converter makes 12 volts when you are plugged in and charges the battery at the same time. If you remove the battery you will have no lights etc. unless you are plugged in.
