Thanks guys. Its been a long road doing the rebuild, but I'm very happy with it. I will see for the first time today if all my hard work payed off. We been getting rain, a lot of rain at that. This is really the first time for rain sence I started the rebuild and I hope there will be no leaks.

Yesterday I attacked the head and finished it. I really need to order a new sink for the head. That plastic yellow thing is a eye sore and has to go! It was time to charge up the water system and I'm pleased to report there were no leaks. No leaks in the drainage system too! I did a bunch of little things that needed to be done and I'm just about to finish up all together.

With all the rain, we are not going camping. So I will do a little work today. I need to charge up the gas system to check for leaks. I had ran another gas line to hook up a outside burnner. I need to install a new smoke/CO alarm. I am looking at hanging a 20" LED tv inside or I just might set it up to be able to take it outside. It would be nice to be able to watch LSU or the Saints playing as I cook which if weather is good, that will be done outside.

I still need to install the roof rack and ladder, but that will have to wait and of course the floor will have to wait too!

Sounds like you are basically doing a total re-build. It is interesting reading and watching your progress.

About that sink, is there any chance a "bar" sink would fit ? That way you could probably get stainless steel in place of the plastic.

Keep up the good work, the great reports to the group and photos when you have time.

Kitty

I had seen some SS sinks on ebay some time ago that would fit. It is a total rebuild.

Thanks for the kind words!
