Hi Folks, I began a renovation of my Saturn 18.5 footer. I took out one of the bench seats at my front dinette. So my guest bed is changing. I plan to put a new floor on top of the linoleum, probably a thin laminate as weight is a concern. And I plan to buy a lounge chair for the location so I can sit in a comfy chair and read. I camp year round so the short winter nights leave me hitting the indoors early (after some star gazing).
Before and now photos are in my album.

Question? Has anyone replaced your linoleum. My plan is to put the new flooring material on top of the current floor, because these planks can go over lino. At Home depot they said I won't need glue or underlayment for the floor I choose. Wondering about the Vinyl planks. I like the dark look as my current floor is white and shows lots

I'm also going to add wainscot style wall below the small window near my entry door, the original build used screws from the outside of the camper before the skin was attached so the breakdown caused holes in the wall (I may add some thin insulation too.
