I just had a mattress made by the company that made all sunline camper mattresses.They are located in Johstown PA.They did an excellent job and made it to the size I requested.I would recommend them if you need a high quality mattress.The replacement is made a little better than original. We made an intersting discovery while mattress shopping for the Tweety. We were on the Sleepy's website and found that the Laura Ashley line by King Koil makes a short queen that's exactly the same LxW as the Sunline mattess. It's thicker, so would require moving the headboard up. It's nice to be able to go to the store and test out the mattress before buying.
