Snaking some power in

We have decided to run a dehumidifier in our trailer when not in use. Things can get pretty funky down here in Florida with all the moisture. We have the trailer pluged into the house and that works fine. I would rather not have the trailer energized 24/7 365 days a year. I thought about using the storage doors but the rain can come down in buckets. I dont want water to get in there. Is there a place I can snake a cord thru to power up the dehunidifier

Nickster,
On my T2670 the RV powercord terminates under the dinnet seat as that is where the power distribution center is. I think you might be able to run a good heavy duty cord in throught the RV cord door and bring it out someplace in the TT so that it it accesable for your humidifier. You could pick up some type of waterproof tape or putty to seal up around the gap in your cord door for the winter.

I thought that might be the best way to run it in I will have see if there is an opening inside the trailer.

Nick,

On the 1950, I believe the power cord stores inside the cabinets next to the refer, below the big closet. Try to remove the drawer right there and see if you can see the power cord. If you can, this would be a perfect place to bring in your cord. If that won't work, try coming in the refer panel. I don't know if you could get access to the inside, but it might we worth a shot.
