Range top cover/back splash

Hello Sunline Owners,

J2cool here. I am wondering if anyone knows where I could find the or a way to make the range top cover for my stove that can double as a backslash.

I borrowed another member's photo, which was originally posted by Coppermine, of their range cover/back splash to use as a reference of what I am looking for or will to create if anyone has ideas on how.

unless you can bend aluminum and pop-rivet hinges and supports...it may be chaper to buy one!
