monitor panel for saturn

Hello all
This is my first post here! I have a 1996 sunline saturn which I haven't even taken out yet.

Two questions I have so far that I can't seem to find in the owners manual is:

1. where is the systems monitor panel? I can't find it anywhere

2. there seem to be 2 placea for H2O. The city water hose type fitting at the rear, and non pressure one that is near the door. How do you use the non pressure one? Just pour water in?

Thanks for the help.

Keith
