Is the 2004 Solaris floor real plywood?

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anyone knows if the 2004 Solaris has real, old fashioned plywood floors, or is it "waferboard" or MDF, or whatever you call the stuff used for house sheathing and subfloors. The brochure for 2004 has a picture of one being assembled, and it looks like waferboard, but it's too small to be certain.

The 2004 T1950 we currently have apart has an OSB floor. There is some pics in the project thread. Our project 2004 T2475 has OSB floor as well.

Correct Ben, most are Weyerhaeuser Structurwood OSB. That was started sometime in the early '90s, and the benefit is that Sunline could buy it in large pieces. Something like 25' or 30'. So longer trailers were two piece, but the majority of Sunlines built have one piece floors.

Provided it doesn't get wet, they seem to hold up pretty well.
