Slide off the inside cover and see if you can see the brand and model number and I'm sure we'll be able to help.

We have a 1997 T-2363. Last year at the Midwest M&G, it was wet and chilly and we about froze the 1st night. In the morning we said we were heading to Walmart for a heater and Sunline fan came over and flipped a switch on the bottom of the thermostat. Viola! We had heat. I had looked all through the manual and could not find any way to light the furnace. It just said to turn furnace on (HOW?) and ajdust the thermostat to desired temp. Apparently, the furnace must have an electronic ignition. It was the 1st (and only) time we ever needed the heat.

We are really glad we went to the M&G. If you have a chance, try to make it to one. The members here are very friendly and helpful.

A water leak was also found that we would not have known of since we were hooked up to city water for the first time. If we hadn't been with the group, we wouldn't have been outside on that side of the trailer and not found the leak until the inside was flooded.

Hopefully, you too will have heat with the flip of switch.

Just realized you may be talking about the water heater, not the furnace. If so, sorry about the rambling in the previous post (although I'm sure you would find a M&G very enjoyable).

When we took the access door off there were instructions for lighting the water heater.
