Good Price? 1996 T-2653

Hello,
Totally new at this... I'm looking to buy a this camper that is en excellent condition. I can't seem to find the book value? My credit union says I'll need to add the options to get the retail value. The owner want $5500. Any advice?

The only blue book I know of is NADA which lists a ridiculously low value of about $1500. Maybe Sunline Fan will check in later tonight and be able to give you a more accurate value.
You might want to look at the Sunlines for Sale and Classified Archives forums to get a better idea of going prices.
There is a 1995 T-2653 in PA for $3900 and a 1996 T-2652 in CT for $4500
Also, check the files section for the 1996 T-2653 Page 3 lists standard features and page 5 shows options.
