The power for the brake lights normaly comes from the tow vehicle but as I recall, some time back there was a member here with an older (pre 2000) camper that had a fuse in the brake line. I think it was near the converter.

As Gene said the power comes from the tow vehicle. I have never seen in line fuse on trailer brake line. Is your brake controller show connected to trailer. If not I would check for blown fuse in tow vehicle fuse block.

Always thought green was for ground, learned the hard way not on the lights of the camper. White wire was ground.

You are welcome. I know about the confusion if you know a little about 110 ac an no 12v dc. When I was in RV Tech school half the class knew no 12v and had a hard time adapting. Glad to have helped you.
