Found. What is it?

Hi all,

Found this key looking thing in one of the cupboards in our 1995 Solaris and wondering if anybody can tell me what it is and it's use, if any. Sounds silly I know but we're curious. Thanks in advance.

I think it may be to unlock the bathroom door from the outside when someone gets locked in!

Do you have a radio/stereo in your Solaris?

I'm just grasping at straws here, but it also looks like it could be a removal key for a stereo. The keys slide in next to the side of the stereo and disengage the clips from the installation sleeve (if it's present).

Like I said, I don't know for sure....just throwing out options!

Some automotive headlight retainers look similar to that, too.

We tried it on the bathroom lock and it worked. Who knows; maybe it's a multi-purpose tool. Stereo removal tool, bathroom door unlocker and headlight retainer. I'll put it back in the cupboard so I'll know where it is jf needed. Thanks and best happy camping to all.

Look closely at it to see if it is a pocket fishing pole also!!!!

If so, it may be a Ronco product.

If not, you'll need to do your own infomercial on it!

Well, Ronco did pretty well marketing stuff we didn't know we needed but I think I'll pass. Besides I don't think I could sell the idea in the Shark Tank. Your prize, Janalee, is being my now go to person with all questions Sunline. What do you think about that?
Thanks again folks and happy trails.

Jim
