Well the management decided the blue pleated valance over the windows had to go so I made some new ones from oak resawn and planed to 1/4" the inlay is left over black laminate from the counter project. Next up new blinds and curtains maybe.

Wow! It really is just like mine inside. So fun to see how different they look when customized. Will definitely post my photos of redecoration!

My recent renovation included laying a new floor, and insulation and tongue and groove walls to my dinette area. I like to sit in my lounge chair instead of on the dinette/guest bed.
I am hanging the dinette table soon, as I like to do art work while traveling in my sunny.

I also did the tongue and groove around my bed. It added a nice layer of warmth. After I trim it up I'll post photos

Mainah, I looked at installing that product above my 4 burners too. How do you like it. Did you use PL400?

I guess you are talking about the hob? I really don't remember what it was seem to be pretty standard European design and yes I like it very much I will say one thing push the igniter as soon as you turn on the gas don't wait! The big burner makes a lot of heat.

Oh OK it's thermoplastic! Home Depot, Lowes etc. It's easy to work with can be cut with shears and the big box also has the moulding. There are different patterns and colors. I just used construction glue and a calk gun to stick them to the wall. They clean pretty easy.

I know the product. It reminds me of the old metal ceilings up in Silverton, Colorado.

When I was a kid every store front had tin ceilings. Kind of wished I had the foresight to stach that stuff in a big old barn.

I collect barn wood and store it. Those ceiling are classic and at the taverns in Colorado they still exist.

In Portland Maine many of the old buildings in the Old Port have retained their tin ceilings during renovation lot nicer then a flat painted one anyone can have something like that.
