I've towed tens of thousands of miles with car tires on my trailer. They work fine, as long as you don't exceed the load. I doubt you will with a T1950, which weighs about 3700 dry and maybe 4500 wet.

People knee-jerk react when they say no car tires on a trailer. Other than load, there are little differences. The tire doesn't know if you're towing or if it's on a car! If anything, they average car tire will probably be built to better quality given it's carrying humans, rather than being towed. For example, take a look at your standard trailer components, i.e., complete junk.

That being said, it's not easy to find a car tire for the 1950 with a 15", so you may have to just get a trailer tire. The most important thing is to buy a radial trailer tire. The bias plies love to explode or shred after a few miles/years.

mainah is an unknown quantity at this point
Two different designs, the trailer has a much tougher side wall and less tread depth. Weight is not an issue with smaller campers because they weigh less than a car but they sway much more so than a car and because the double axles are so close they scrub on even the slightest turn and the single axle inside tire does also because the camper suspension has no carter. Yes a radial trailer tire is superior to a cross ply if nothing else rolling resistance is a lot lower.
