Hi Vaughn,
I do not have any extra, but some suggestions on how to get them.
Several SOC members took a door to a local cabinet place and they reproduced them custom to size. You can then go to a Sherwin Williams paint store with a piece of unstained maple and a Sunline finished door and they can match the stain.
If you are a wood worker or have a friend who is, the style of door are not that hard to make. Your 2006 I think has raised panel top doors and non raised shaker style lower doors. Our 2004 only has the non raised shaker style upper and lower.
I may made 2 of these doors using a dado in a bench saw. Or you may be able to buy a route bit to cut all the shapes at once.
Here is the 1st one. The middle bed room door before
After. The flash bouced off the color making it look a little lighter. It now lends in well.
Here is the basic dado process.
Here is the TV cabinet. This one even came out better.
Ripping maple strips
Creating the rabbit fit
Glue up the frame
Sand to blend
The after
It swings out too. Built shelf inside
Hope this helps
