That is quite a screen name.....

Welcome to Sunline Club. Hope we can help as we will try, but we need a little more info.

What model 2005 Sunline do you have? This might be the fastest to get you the needed info as one of us has your same camper and might know.

Trailer Wheels are "fairly" standard but there are a few sizes out there. The key to arm yourself with is what bolt circle diameter you have.

If no one can match up your camper, we can help you figure this out.

You will have to measure the pitch of the studs sticking out of the wheels on the TT now. See this pic. Basically measure from the center of one bolt to the center of the next bolt. All 5 should be exactly the same. If your numbers keep coming up different, then you are measuring them wrong. We are also assuming you have steel rims. Take the little black plastic caps off the lug nuts.

This shows the studs with the wheel off. You do not have to take the wheel off to do this.

Then measure from stud center to stud center. Try to be as accurate as you can, and try to get to 1/32" accuracy. (1/64" is better but we can deal with the 1/32") By using the chordal distance, we can back into the bolt circle diameter and match it up to a standrad wheel bolt circle diameter.

If you have a drawing compass you can use this to find the distance by placing the pointer on one stud and the pencil tip on the next stud centers like a pair of dividers and then place it back on a ruler to read the number. Tell us all 5 numbers.

OR worse case, take a wheel off and take it to the store to have them match it.

If you go the measuring route, let us know the numbers and we can help with the math.

Hope this helps

John

PS Also what brand axle do you have? It is in the Sunline manual on the yellow sheet of paper with all the other model numbers. Tell us the axle brand and model numbers and we can help look up the axle.

UglyNJ,

Welcome! Finding your bolt pattern is a little easier than JohnB explains. I believe your bolt pattern should be 5 on 4.5". In other words, it's 5 hole and 4.5" across studs, but, don't quote me on that. Here's a way to find exactly what you have:

I am originally for Connecticut. Maybe I should change mine to CrappyCt. I like that I might just do that.

Well I was married with a last name of Kwak - pronounced quack......now as soon as the divorce came thru - guess who changed her last name!

7 years of Kathy "Quack" was enough!!!!! I promised myself if I ever had a son his name would not be Donald!
