'02 T-2363 Coupler Height?

I'm looking at purchasing a 2002 T-2363 on a private deal. They need it moved in real short order, and the price reflects that

Unfortunately, I can't get to the trailer in advance to measure the coupler height to know how much drop I need. I pretty much need to show up ready to roll. I've searched around on here quite a bit and checked the brochures in the files section, however, I haven't been able to find the coupler height listed anywhere.

By any chance would anyone have the coupler height on an '02 2363? From the pictures I have seen, there appears to be no modifications to the suspension, it should be at or very near the stock height.

Thanks in advance! You guys have a real nice looking forum here, hopefully we get to join the family!

- Frank

Frank,
If the road clearance hasn't been changed, the hitch height should be 17 1/2".

Wow, that was a fast reply!

Thanks very much Joe! Now I can run out and measure the truck (2500HD) to figure out what for drop I need to bring along.

Hopefully this trailer works out, we've spent quite a bit of time running around looking at different ones over the past few months.

Is There a "Standard" Hitch Height?

Because I'll be doing about the same thing with my 2653; it's at the RV place but I can't get in there to have them adjust everything on the day I want to bring it home. I have my TV set up for a 1740; to bring the 2653 to the RV place, I just changed the ball but left everything else about the same. I have Reese Dual Cams on both trailers, obviously there is going to be a big difference in tongue weight, but if I start at the same height, and work with the spring bars on the cams, will this work okay?

My TV is a 2003 Excursion, now with Roadmasters and Hellwig sway bar. Since that mod was just done yesterday, I don't know if the Roadmasters changed the height of the rear of the truck.

Thanks in advance!

hitch height..

If I remember correctly, our '98 2653 is about 18 1/2"....we have our ball set at 20" on our van to help with "squat" and to avoid having to buy a different hitch as the adjustment is at its end range....hope this helps....Janalee
