QUE cushions

Can someone unzip one of their sofa cushions in the QUE and tell me what the foam construction is? We are replacing the jacknife sofa in the Tweety with a seat cushion and pillows, and having them custom made by Page Foam Products - who I believe made the QUE seats. We love the QUE seat cushions, and I know they were memory foam, but I'm not sure if they were memory foam all the way through or high density regular foam with a 1 or 2" memory foam topper. Thanks!

We had to realign the beading on our Que cushions once, and found what I remember as a 1.5" memory foam topper.
