TV Location

We plan to add a small, 15-19" LCD TV to our new to us 1982 Sunline 15.5 SB. We plan to sleep on the Gaucho Couch and have shortened our Dinette table. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Dont make the same mistake we did and buy a Flat Panel from a small local retailer. We had trouble with the TV/DVD and the store is only located in Michigan.

Make sure to buy from a national chain incase you ahve any trouble while on the road, you can return it where ever you are.

Panasonic, Sony, Samsung all have great models. If you get one of the ones that has a built in DVD player, you'll save space and the mess of cords. That's what we did.

Good luck

Pat

LCD TV

Sorry you had a bad experience with your LCD.

For three years we have had a 15" Sylvania LCD in our Bounder mounted to the bedroom wall. It was a gift. Fortunately it has never had a problem though permanently mounted. It survived the entrance road to Chaco Canyon National Park the worst 16 mile long, 5 mph, dirt road we've ever been on, much worse than anything in Alaska, so rough our truck battery actually jumped off its mount and ripped off the ground side connection.

Our LCD experience has been so good we figured to get one for our small Sunline but haven't figured out where to mount it yet. We're thinking about the wall opposite the stove so we can see it from the dinette and gaucho coach.

We've been thinking of getting an Element 15-19" LCD from Circuit City. The 15" is only $199.

Thanks for your thought.
