Sewer hose storage

I haven't seen this before, but I was wondering if there is any reason I shouldn't make this mod. I like the idea of storing the hose in a square PVC extrusion as I've seen others do by mounting on their rear bumper. But, then I thought, as long as it's going into a separate tube, why not mount it out of site under the camper, close to the sewer connection? It could be clamped to the underside of the frame.
Any ideas on this?
Thanks,
Rich

Several have used PVC and caps underneath I don't mind the bumper mount Mine came with it so if it works don't fix it.

I finally got around to making this mod. I had two 3' leftover scraps from a signpost job I did years ago, so I joined them with wire ties and suspended them under the trailer with a steel cable from one frame rail to the other. The split between the two pieces is probably good for drainage when the hose is put away wet. Two things I like about this arrangement is that it's convenient to have it right alongside the sewer drain and even more, the inside of the PVC will never scuff the hose like the inside of the rusty bumper does.

Here's the side view, the end is secured with a blue vinyl snap tab:

And here's a view from underneath:

Ours is underneath on the Fox. You've done a lot of nice mods Rich! I'm sure you'll be swamped with visitors if you participate in the M&G trailer crawl!

Thanks, I had pm'd Kathy about what she needed for the trailer crawl coordination, but haven't heard back yet.
