Screen Door Closer's

One of my pet peeve's is the screen door being left open. There is nothing worse then having a Sunline filled with mosquito's, flys or any other insect.

This little $6 item just solved many arguments.

It only took about 2 minutes to screw in, with one screw going in the stock screw in the hinge, and the second one going in the door frame. The hardest part was getting the spring stretched while holding the screw in the little hole I pre-drilled. Cindy can attest to this, as she was laughing at me cussing while beinding over to keep picking it up

The package came with two springs. I thought one spring would be strong enough to close the door, but it wasnt. With both springs attached, it slams the screen door, so be careful. With the screen door attached to the main door, it pulls it to the door frame, but isnt strong enough to close it all the way. No biggie, as long as it pulls the screen door closed.

Door Closed, Cold Drink in Hand, No BUGS IN SUNLINE!! I'm a Happy Camper!!

Aren't those springs the neatest things, Pat

I have mine pretty snug, gives the little weiner dog just enuff of a "goose in the butt" to get him in the door quicker.

After hearing the Screen Door slam a few times, I told Cindy it's a shame we couldnt get a Wooden one. It would then remind me of those summer days hearing the screen door slam when us kids would be running in and out all day long.

We've put the same screen door springs on all our Sunlines. Probably the first modification I made on our new trailer. They're great.

Thanks for posting Pat. Never thought of this before but I can attest to the problem without them.
