Really good stuff and fine work. Thanks for sharing. It is very interesting to see how the other models are made and how folks customize them out.

The scissors jack idea, WOW great. I can see that working great and costing a lot less than the Bal ones. Did you get them at a junk yard or have them lying around?

The PVC bunk ladder is neat too. Clever and light.

thanks for the compliments pt and john,the scissor jacks I got from work for free out of cars that had been totalled,yes my frame is nice and black and shiny thanks to rustoleum .I will be adding more pics of other things soon as I get around to taking the photos.

Where and what brand is that foam weather stripping on your cargo hole doors? Looks good and mine is getting squished thin to nothing and soon will need to be replaced.

That looks like it will work well. Does it compress down good or do you have to fight the door latch being compressed so hard as it looks thicker than the original.

I have only done one of my doors so far but the one I done the door closes just like it did with the factory weatherstrip on.the photo on the box makes it look real thick but it's not anything like that when you get it out of the box and it is a real soft epdm rubber

Here’s a picture of the tongue jack cover we use.


Jusk picked it up at Camping World for $10.

Our last one wore out after 8 years of year round use.
