I live in the willie wags of Maine there is not even the slightest hint of us ever seeing anything that looks like a cable connection. I have a 4 bay flat antenna up 40' on a tower and a dedicated pre amp it's all I can do to receive maybe 7 channels 4 of them being sub channels from the same station, two TV towers I can see from my fields at night. There are too many variables involved in TV reception of digital broadcast including the fact that they transmit at much lower power that analog TV did. They are line of site, throw in a hill or two and it’s all over. For as small an antenna as a RV antenna is they work amazing well and are not expensive so if you get anything at all you are doing well!
