We got some checker board floor tile and installed it last week before we did our first weekend outing. 6" black/white squares on 12" self-stick vinyl tile. Looked perfect.
Some of the tiles tend to drift, and the adhesive seems to become gooey and non-permanent (temperature-related?), sometimes bunching up against adjacent tiles.
Is there anything I can do - like Gorilla Glue or anything, to keep them in place?
I've been a "fixer dude" (maintenance) all my life, and have never run into this before. I've done self-stick tile on my own home, and never had any problems like this. I'm wondering if it's got something to do with it getting kinda warm in the TT when we're not running the A/C. Still, I've never had this problem.
Fixer dudes
never want to do a job the second time! <GRRRR!>
