Dometic (A & E) Patio Room

Looking for an option to add a little extra living space to Q*Bert. Been poking around and found the Patio Room from A & E and I am trying to get a little more information for it. Does anyone have an installation manual or link to a manual for this product? Any experience with it, worth the investment?

kanyonkitty is an unknown quantity at this point
I have never had a screen room myself, BUT my best friend did. It was a fairly large one, and when she traded the trailer she let the screen room go with it. I asked her why she didn't keep the room for her new rig and she said it was not worth all the effort it took to put it up. Now, maybe with yours being small it might server you purpose. Or maybe one of those E-Z Up gazebos ?

We already have an EZ up and we USE it, a lot BUT: in a good hard rain it will shed water right on top of our heads. (Yes the seams are sealed.) I think the Patio Room might add better shelter since the sides are screened but the flaps can be dropped if needed.

sandd had one on their QUE at the Buttonwood meet & greet. I asked her about it and she said they love it because it basically doubles their living space. I don't know what brand they have, but maybe they'll chime in here.
