Bunk Shelf
On our previous Sunline Solaris T-2670 I installed a shelf at the foot of each bunk. This provided a great place for the kids to store / organize their "stuff", while traveling and camping.

Used the basic metal closet shelving and hinged it on the wall so the shelf would lift up to get the mattress in and out.

Here's a picture of the finished product:
