My new Progressive Dynamics PD9260C converter came in the mail today and it was installed within two hours! I did not order the remote pendant for it, but may find one for cheap on ebay someday..
I started by turning off the 30AMP breaker to the old Centurion 3000 converter and disconnecting the power supply to the converter inside the CS3000. I put wire nuts on the ends of the wire and stuffed the wires back inside. I'm not removing the converter this time. I'm leaving it in, just in case the PD9260 should ever die. It will be very easy to hook this one back up in an "Emergency"
I then disconnected the 12v wires, coming from the old converter.
I used another piece of the battery wire, that I salvaged from the T-299SR and ran it through one of the existing Romex connectors. It is connected to the bolt at the top of the fuse block. The power has to go through the 30AMP fuses, to get to the main battery wire. The main battery wire is the bolt highest above the fuse block.
I also ran a piece of salvaged 299 battery negative wire to the ground bolt and through the other Romex connector.
When the breaker box was installed, Sunline ran the outgoing 120v wires so that they rubbed the corner of the box. I had one wire rub through and trip it's breaker. Luckily, it was to the outlet for the washer/dryer and is not needed or used. I cut the wire past the burned area and never hooked it back up. That left me with a spare 15AMP breaker in the main box. That breaker now feeds the converter. It is the breaker at the top-right.
I didn't have an extra outlet and box lying around, so I used one of the flush-mount outlets from the 299. There is nothing on the outside of those outlets that can be hot, so it should be good for now.

With all the available room under the bathroom, it was easy to find a mounting spot for the new converter. There is a water line in front of it, but there is plenty of room between them for air movement.
Here's our voltage with several lights on, but the converter off:

Since we got a new group 27 battery, I didn't want the CS3000 charging it to death. I've decided not to take Sunny's battery out, since we want to do as much camping as possible. I feel better leaving it in Sunny, with a proper charger.
