Adding a 15/20A connector

I posted this on RV.Net but have a lot of respect for the gear heads on this forum so I'll put it here, too.
I need to run an extension cord into my trailer to power a second space heater. I have a separate power cord, ergo, no mouse hole to gain access to the trailer's interior.
I don't want to snake it through a storage bay (ingress for cold and critters past the partially open door). Neither do I want to put it through a window or past a slide seal. I could drill a big ol' hole and put in a standard mouse hole, but that seems like overkill.
Ideally, some one makes a marine-style 20A connector with a male on the outside and a female recepticle on the inside.
Thoughts?

Ask and you shall recieve. This would be your inlet, run a piece of 12/2 to an outlet in the trailer.

Yup, that'd work. Now, all I need is for that to be available in black.

Thanks,

Be sure you get a 20 amp cord cap for your extension cord does not look like it would fit other wise and it will also work if it's 15 amp. You'll also need the extension to be a #12 wire.

Gotcha! Thanks. As luck would have it, my local West Marine has one!
