Add Solar to Camper Trailer: Power Converter and Charge Controller?

What's the best way to connect a Solar Charge Controller to a camper's batter?

I'd like to have my Solar Generator charge my 1981 Sunline Camper Trailer battery in addition to the Power Converter. In other words, when I'm plugged into shore power, the Power Converter would charge the battery. When I'm boondocking, the solar panels would charge the battery.

What's the best way to wire this? Can I connect the Power Converter and Charge Control to the battery at the same time?

Connect the solar controller directly to the battery. Your converter/charger is already connected to the battery so just connect the charger controller to the battery also.
