Southern loop.

We are heading out from south Jersey on 07/31. Our first night camping will be at KOA Fort Hill SC, then to KOA Ashville east for two nights. Starting up the BRP on 8/4 stopping at Deer Creek Resot in Galax VA for one night then One night at Natural Bridge KOA Lexington VA. We hope to make it home on 8/6 or stay somewhere in MD if last leg too long. Any comments or reviews re these campgrounds? Any experiences or or advice to share about this route? We of course will be on the lookout for other Sunliners, maybe even club members! Sue & Bob

We are leaving August 12 for Natural Bridge, VA, for one night and then on to Asheville East KOA for six nights, and back to Natural Bridge for two nights. I'm also interested in comments on these areas and campgrounds.

Just finishing two night stay at Ashville KOA East. GREAT place, Make sure you check out the sites around "the pond" We were booked on river and changed when we arrived, no comparison. We really like our site E1. We are booked at Natural Bridge KOA on Friday the 5th. Sue & Bob

Thanks for the update! We head out August 12 and can't wait. Will make sure to check out the site you liked as I think we are booked on the river but can't remember.

Finished our stay at Natural Bridge KOA. It was very nice, no problems, great staff. Hope you have as much fun on your trip as we did. Sue & Bob.

A most pleasant trip. Looks like they would paint the Biltmore though. Gray is so old.

Can't wait to leave Friday. It's great you stayed at the same campgrounds we are staying in and liked them.
