We would like to reserve to join the group Sept 28-30. Kim states that site 14, shown as available in this page is taken however she shows 19 and 20 as unreserved. I'd hate to reserve someone else's site... could you please confirm that those sites are are still open?

We would like to you join us.

I will call Kim on Tuesday and confirm headcount and sites. I will report back the findings.

There is for sure room for you to come. Even if we fill this small area we have been in, there is more room in the area just next to us.

I called Kim and we compared notes.... All is good now, our records and the campgrounds both align.

Site A14 and A15 are still open you are welcome to reserve either of those.

When you get your reservation, let us know what site, your camper year & model, which nights you are staying and first names of those coming.

It will be great to meet you. Looking forward to this.

A note to all camper folks wishing to join us that have not yet signed up.

Our small area which has sites A11 to A21 is close to being filled. This is great news!!!

As of today, (7/17/18 ) in the event we fill area A11 to A21, the area directly behind us still has sites A22 to A26 open and can be reserved for our group. These are not being held for us but are available as of today. There is only a drive road that separates our area. And if those sites fill up, there still may be many others in the campground too.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon. September is coming quick....

Thanks for the food info. Will update the list soon when I have a better connection.

Crackerbarrel is a finger food around the campfire something to eat and share with the group. It can be any kind of campfire snack. Prior items have ranged from mini hot dogs with tooth picks to a bag of chips and dip and about everything inbetween, sweets included too. And there is always much extra snacks that we often bring it back out on Saturday night....

September is here already, where did the summer go? Here is the foods we bringing.
Friday night...Cranberry white chocolate cookies.
Sat breakfast... coffee cafe and peppers for omelets
Sat dinner... Mac and cheese

Breakfast. Maple and original breakfast sausage links and juices, some cheeses.

Hi Everyone,

We are now just over 2 weeks away from the Meet & Greet. Yeh!!!!

I have updated the meals post, this one, M&G meals list with the latest info posted from members. Any changes/updates please post and I will update.

If anyone else wants to join us in the fun, there is still room and we would be glad to have you.

Some of us are coming in early (JohnB on Thursday) and Cindy and I would like to invite you to have your evening meal with us. We agree at camp at a time when we see each other and you bring your own food and we dine together. Same goes for Friday. This may not work for everyone as they may be getting in later on Friday, but we can all meet at campfire/cracker barrel at 8:00pm at the group site A12.

If anyone knows they can make for a early evening meal before the start of the Meet & Greet, let us know.

I am sad to report that Preston and I will not be able to make it to the Midwest M&G as previously planned. We just moved to another state and we're just too overwhelmed with all of the activities related to that at the moment.

Hi, Everybody,

Sorry this is so late. Can't believe that September is half gone already. Here are our offerings for the M & G:

Friday night: Pigs-in-the-Blanket w/ BBQ sauce.

Saturday breakfast: Sauted onions for omelets and orange bread.

Saturday dinner: Calico (baked) beans, Kielbasa, some kind of cake.

We will arrive late Friday afternoon, and current plans are to depart first thing Monday morning.

I'm so sorry. Larry's mother passed away yesterday and we will not be joining you this weekend.
