OK, it's crunch time! Here is the list of attendees as I have it right now. We need to each decide what we're bringing to the table for Saturday evening.
Gail has volunteered to do an appetizer to go with pre-dinner social.

We'll bring Pumpkin Fluff for dessert and beverages to go along with it. We're looking forward to this trip, hope the weather is cooperative. Instead of bringing the big tarp (it's getting kinda rough) I'll bring 2 free standing canopies. If we can get 2-3 more that'll be enough to cover 4 picnic tables and the serving/cooking area. See y'all soon.

I'll can bring along a large tarp if DEC allows one to tie off to trees in a campground but I seem to recall that's forbidden. Anyone know for sure ???

Mike, I have a 10x10 canopy, too. A couple more and we're set.
Glen, if the tarp is big enough and the weather deteriorates, we can drape it over the canopies for extra protection from the rain.

Hi Steve, Slight change on what we're bringing- Please cancel the Dutch Oven Barbecue Pork Chops. Will bring a dish made in the Cast Iron Dutch Oven called "Bunce's Chicken and Chops". Is a sweet & sour dish with Pork Chops, Chicken Breasts and Boneless Chicken Thighs. Recipe is by a fellow named Mike Bunce which he makes on river rafting trips. Melts in your mouth! Thanks, Bruce
