2010 Buttonwood M&G - Another Great Success & Fun Time

Made it home ~7:30pm safe and sound.

Had a great time at Buttonwood again this year.
Very big thanks to:
Lowell & Amanda for all your work in organizing this years event - you did an excellent job.

Big thanks to all the others contributors:
Frank & Sharon for the Uno Tourney
Pam for the Give & Take table
Kitty & Gary for the Chinese Grab Bag
Dave for the Miniature Golf
Steve for the Bike Ride
Mike, Jay, & Marshall for the wood & evening fires.
Sunday morning Bag Omelet Breakfast (we slept in so not sure all who helped in that )

EVERYONE for the great food at the Pot-Luck Dinner.

And a special thanks, once again, to the Denny & Nancy and the whole Buttonwood staff, they really made us feel welcome.

We've already made our reservations for next year - Site # 84 again TFSS (hopefully next year we'll be able to stay until Monday).

See everyone next year at Buttonwood.
Tom & Mary

Our thanks go out to everyone who puts so much effort into making the M&G such a wonderful time.......a special thanks to Lowell and Amanda for your hard work and to the crew of Buttonwood.....

We made it home at 7:45, (we left at 12:30) ..... we hit a lot of rain which made the trip seem that much longer but the Sunline is sitting in its home next to the garage....Monday is another day to get everything unloaded.

It was nice meeting new friends and seeing some "old" ones!

Next M&G is Rochester, New York.....let see some new faces there!!!

What else can I add. What a great time! We really enjoyed meeting up with everyone again this year again.

A BIG thanks to all the contributors who made this years M&G and huge success. We are already booked for 2011.

We made it home at 9:30pm on Sunday night after dropping the trailer off at the storage lot and unpacking it.

Kitty and Gary made it home safely... (Even though a Dodge had to tow Sunny home!)

We got home around 4:30..

It was a sad thing, being the only Sunline left at Buttonwood.. Paul and Terri left, just before our tow truck arrived..

Thanks to everyone, for making this a great time! Next year, I hope to not get sick. I missed out on some good fishing, on Sunday!

Home Again from 2010 Buttonwood Meet and Greet

Thank you to Everyone for the great time this weekend. It was good to meet so many new people. Thanks to Lowell and Amanda for the great welcome; to Lowell for helping us "fix" the microwave and to Jay and Mike for awning assistance!

Jim and I got home around 10:00pm. Hit lots of rain and had to pull off the road for a while. Then we ran into one lane traffic for 15 miles due to road construction. But, safe and sound is the way to go. Back to work today.

See you next year!

Many thanks to Lowell and Amanda for all of their efforts and to Steve for the great bike ride. Wendy and I enjoyed the company of all you good folks in the Sunline Owners Club for making this 2010 SOC Buttonwood M&G such great fun. We have made reservations for TFSS at Buttonwood for next year on site #56. We made it home safe and sound and had the trailer unloaded by about 1500 hr. Again, another fun time at the M&G. We are looking forward to the Western New York and the Adirondack M&G's this fall. Hope to see some other members there.

I'd like to thank everyone who attended for a great time, and say thank you for all the kind words. I'm very glad that everyone, new and old, had a good time. Our "Sunline Family" always seems to make the best of everything. I'm already looking forward to the Fifth Annual Buttonwood M&G in 2011. See everyone next year.

Great time!

We made it home around 1:30 (Monday). The kids were asleep before we got through Port Royal and slept the first hour & 15 mins. of the trip. Very nice to see old friends and nice to make new ones! The kids had a great time, and Max was even more visible this trip! Thanks to Lowell and Amanda for a job well done! Looking forward to next year!

We've decided to stay on Site 65 and reserved it next year for TFSS.

Until next year, safe travels to everyone and we'll see you online!

-Brad

Sue and I made it back to our short 1 hr. trip without a hitch yesterday. When we hit Shamokin Dam strip we saw 4 Sunlines within 3 minutes of each other heading in the opposite direction. There are still a lot more of us out there where we came from. And we are a pretty darn good bunch. Great seeing everyone again, congrats to Frank and Sharon for turning in the only mini golf scorecard, they shot even par to win it. Thanks for braving the heat guys.

Booked site 104 for TFS. Fence row is the way to go. Everyone have a great summer!!

A bunch of us played on Sunday night in the cool of the evening! (which I know doesn't count) It's a beautiful course, and we had a great time laughing at ourselves. Anyone who likes minigolf should try to make time to play next year

This is a delayed reaction to our Buttonwood trip--we headed straight to Boston, after unpacking, to visit our daughter's family and will leave for Lake Durant tomorrow with just enough time to switch from full hookup equipment to dry camp "stuff." We enjoyed our time at Buttonwood, but it was a long haul..... It was so exciting to see so many Sunline models--next time a 'walk thru' would be fun? The kayak trip was beautiful till the end for us novice paddlers. Wonderful food at the potluck, even if cut short by dire weather warnings. And Steve, the bike trip was beautiful--but I think you'd get just as many participants if you told the truth! Thanks Lowell and Amanda--we know it's a lot of work. We'll consider Western NY and Adirondack trips when we get our son's Fall sports schedule.
