2008 Eastern M&G Tentative Itinerary

Last year, besides meeting for breakfast and dinner, everything else was rather laid back and we anticipate a similar type of atmosphere this year.

But since our group has almost tripled in size from last year, we thought it would be a good idea to post a tentative itinerary and some available activities so all the first time participants will have some idea of what to expect.

The time between breakfast and dinner on Saturday was intentionally left open so participants are free to explore, mingle, etc. as they please. Any additional suggestions and/or ideas are welcome and would be appreciated. Such as if anyone is interested in organizing and playing board games or cards. The large tent in the group camping area is available to us the whole week-end.

Break-down & Leave – Check-out Time 1:00pm

For participants who Ordered T-Shirts
Stop by or see Mike & Roz (aka 264SRinPA), they're on site # 86, any time to pay for and pick up your T-Shirt.

For participants staying over Sunday night
Let’s plan to eat Sunday Dinner and Monday Breakfast together.
To make it easy, for everyone staying Sunday night, lets plan on making our own meals and we'll just meet in the tent to cook & eat together.
Last year we had so much left over from the pot-luck dinner there was still enough to share for Sunday's dinner.
We'll finalize plans on Sunday with all participants staying over Sunday night.

Looking foward to seeing and meeting everyone in a few weeks.

Is there a time for an "Open House" so we can explore other people's trailers? Or is hat just on the Fly?

Yes and Yes

Seriously, to answer your question, Saturday between Breakfast and Dinner is the time when people can explore and visit.

I intentionally didn't set up a specific time for Coach Open House, because everyone (or some one) would have to stay at their coach for the open house and miss out on seeing the other coaches. Therefore, I left it free form, you want to see someone's coach, go ask .

However, if some would like to set a specific time when people can come and look at their coach (hint - Lowell & Amanda and your F-304SR 5ver ), please post the time and I'll add it to the itinerary.

OTHERWISE, LET IT BE KNOWN, THAT ANYONE IS FREE TO ASK ANYONE ELSE FOR A TOUR OF THEIR COACH

Hopefully no one objects to this approach.
Hutch

Our home away from home is always open. We are almost always outside anyway so feel free to mosey over. Be cautioned we have two yappy little terriers who always have to say hello. We are looking forward to meeting everyone, and seeing 30+ Sunlines in one place.

Everyone is welcome to organize and coordinate an activity if they wish, such as card games, horse shoes, bocce ball, etc. Just let me know what it is and the time you want to do it and I’ll add it to the itinerary.

Sorry, I can't. I'm already bringing more junk than the trailer can handle. I can't add decorations to the pile too!

Itinerary Update

Update to the Kayak Trip

FYI - The start of Saturday's Kayak trip has been changed to 2 pm.
This was by request of Buttonwood so they could assure they have enough rental Kayaks for us.

Let’s plan to meet at the campground office @ 1:45 pm on Saturday.

For those that will be renting kayaks, please reserve and pay for your kayak either Friday when you arrive or Saturday morning.

There is still no problem for those bringing their own kayaks and canoes. Buttonwood will be providing shuttle service.

Hope this isn't too much inconvenience for any one.

See everyone in a week.
Hutch
