Warranty Work

Hi Everyone - So glad to find this site! Anyway, I have a used 2002 Sunline 2363 and I am looking to buy a new one. I have found a new one I want to buy, but it is at a dealership about 300 miles from my home. My local dealership does not have the model I want in stock, but I do want to be able to go there for any warranty work. Can they refuse to do my warranty work because I didn't buy the trailer from them? Anyone else had experience with this?

I think it's part of the "Dealership" agreement with Sunline that they would honor warranty work needed on a unit they didn't sell.

I've got 2 dealers close to me and the one I purchased from didn't provide what I expected from serviece work and when talking to the other at a show they said they would handle any future work no questions asked.

I'd think the dealer close to you would try and swap for the model you wanted?? like car buyers do.

Good Luck,
