trunnion hitch

So in looking over my sunny i found the trunnion bars for her and she has the mounting brackets on the frame....Does anyone have a cheap source for the head and or hitch bar. Also can anyone explain why they are so exspensive

eBay or craigslist . That's where I got all my parts. So expensive, cause it's specialized.

the head and the hitch bar are like 250 i can get a whole new kit for like 300

Hi,

Can you give us a name of the WD bars you have? Or better post some pics? I can tell most brands by sight and can help point you to some places. There are many manufactures of trunnion bar hitches. And not all have interchangable parts with other brands

Craigs list often offers hitch parts or the whole hitch and some even in your area from private sellers. Freight is an issue on shipping that heavy steel. That said, some pace offer free shipping over $100
