T2470 water pump??

I couldn't find my original thread regarding the question I posed, concerning the water pump in the T2470...

Anyhow - to those who did respond/offer advice - MANY thanks.

I finally had time to devote a little TLC on my "new" camper.

Whomever hinted at the possibility of a leak affecting water pressure - you were dead on! For some reason there were two small "valves" in the cabinet in the bathroom under the sink. After tightening down on these small grey PVC-type valves the outside leaks stopped and full water pressure was restored! Now I can leave my pump on and get pressurized water to all my spigots (and toilet) on demand.

I was also delighted to see that my fridge DOES in fact work!!! Not sure why, but I had troubles getting it to start (via gas) in April. The trailer was level, so I don't think it was due to bubbles building up in the lines. Either way I have a added "creature comfort" to enjoy.

My next objective is to figure out how to lower/employ the awning. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's not rotted out or deteriorated. I haven't had much luck in finding any references for my particular awning system, and the other trailer owners who looked over what was on the trailer didn't readily see how this arrangement works.

Thx again to those who responded/helped!!

Semper Fidelis,
Rob

Those two valves that "leaked" outside are your low point drains. They are used to drain the water out of the system for winterizing.

Nice to hear that the refrigerator is working.

Try to post some pictures of your awning. Closeups of the ends of the rollers would help.
