T 257SR or T 264SR?

I recently upgraded my TV from a 2004 Buick Rainier with a 5.3 engine to a 2009 Ford Expedition with a 5.4. Did the upgrade because my DW and I would like a bigger TT.

I found a 2006 Sunline Solaris that I can get for $9500.00 and the dealer says it is a T 264SR, but the badges and vin sticker says T 257SR. Which is correct? I looked and can't find a 257SR in the 2006 brochure.

I actually just looked at pic of vin sticker and it said it was built in September 2006 so it is probably a 2007 where they did have the 257.

Thanks all.

That would be my guess.

Seems strange the dealer would be listing the wrong model and wrong year.

If the trailer says its a T-257SR that is probably correct. September build could put it for a 2007 model. The floor plans are quite different should be easy to tell by the pictures. The T-264SR has the bath at the back and the T-257SR is in the middle. Hopefully for you its a T-257SR its max weight is 7000# which would fit your Expedition better, the T-264SR is 8600# which is more ideally suited to a 3/4 ton SUV/Truck as it will hit 1000# or more tongue weight loaded.

It has the split bath and is the 257 which I was hoping for because of the weight issue. It is surprising that they had the year and model wrong when it is clearly marked on the trailer. It is a beautiful TT and will post pics as I am sure we will probably do the paperwork tomorrow since we enjoyed out T-1150 so much and know the sunline quality.

On a side note, we were actually looking at a Rockwood when the Sunny caught our eye and said we had to have it.

Interesting. Those two should be easy to distinguish- the 257SR is a lower profile trailer, with a couch only slide. The 264SR is a full height trailer with a couch and dinette slide.

I question the accuracy of the badges by the door. Mine has a badge by the door that says 1700. But looking at the brochures, it's obvious I have a 1740.

That's odd. So you don't have the large picture window next to the entry door, and the side dinette next to it?
