Sunline Tour Movie

Hi Everyone,

I don't know if anyone else has seen this, but I found a movie on how Sunline RV's are made, produced by the Pennsylvania Cable Network. I asked for it for Christmas, didn't get it, and then again for my birthday, and got it. I really enjoyed watching the entire hour long show, from frame to finished product. It was filmed in 1997 (during 1997 model year) and shows production of the 2363, 2475, and 2670. On the particular day of production, the 2670 run was almost done and a new run of 2475's was starting. In the wall dept., wall panels were being cut for the 2363, so they must have been pre-cut ahead of time. I think this video is really worth the money, especially since the factory is now shut down. It also takes you places where a normal factory tour didn't.

Here's the link if anyone's interested.

Jon

Thanks Jon,
Just ordered mine. I watch that show often on PCN and didn't even know the Sunline plant was done. I should have guessed it would be, never gave it a thought.
Thank you,
MM

Thank you, Jon. I always wanted to take the tour. I guess this is as close as I'll ever get.

MM,

Let me know when you get your movie and tell me how it plays. I got the DVD and tried to watch it on the DVD player, and it froze up on the screen telling me about the warning thing and wouldn't continue playing. I then took it to the computer and it worked there, but I'd prefer to watch it on the big screen .

I got my PCN Sunline tour DVD Friday and was just able to see it today. It ran rather well, I will say that the duplication warning announcement went long, but the DVD ran well on the TV. Perhaps Jon you should tell them you need a replacement. Dale and factory managers guided the entire tour, there were no professional announcers. A nice DVD for those of us that never got the chance to do the factory tour.

MM,

Thanks! I'll have to try it again sometime and send it back if it doesn't work. Mine actually spent quite a bit of time on the warning screen too, but only on the computer. As I said before, it locked up there on the TV.

Jon
