Sunline Dealers & Servicers, Past & Present
Hi,
I'm looking for some information. I would think there would be a list of RV Dealerships that used to carry Sunline product and who still service them.
Could anybody set me in the right direction?

Hi Jordan,
As to a specific list that use to be Sunline dealers, that may be a little hard to come by now.
However we may be able to help you. Your location sounds like Canada. Is this correct?
We have several Canadian members here on the Sunline Owners Club that may be able to help point your where to go for service.
What is not working and what type of service are you looking for? And what is your camper model/type? The answer to that question may get you closer to your needs.
Hope this helps
John

Hi John,
I do not own a Sunline Trailer actually.
I'm from a plastics manufacturer that produces replacement parts and accessories for RVers, Icondirect.com. You may know us for our replacement AC Shrouds and AeroShield Wind Deflector.
We are adding a Sunline Replacement fender skirt to our line (modeled off of a F311 I believe) and want to make sure the dealers who service them are aware.
If there is no list or anything, I won't worry to much about it. Thanks anyways, and you guys have a real nice community going on here!

The dealer closest to the factory who sold a ton of Sunlines is Stoltzfus RV in Adamstown, PA. Gayle Kline RV in Mountville, PA also was a dealer. There are still a bunch of Sunlines in this area.

Here you go. It's from a spreadsheet, so I couldn't easily copy & paste. Some of them are out of business now.

I believe that would be my finder skirt that you have to reproduce. I purchased a replacement A/C shroud from your company a couple of years ago and was very happy with the fit and quality of it and I am looking forward to seeing the reproductions of the fender skirts.

Yup, Not many F311's in Canada.
If you have a complete fender skirt you may want to look at sending it to them to make up a pair for you. I noticed on their website the price was down for making the fender skirts from prior years so I decided pull the trigger and sent them one of my fender skirts to make up and new pair for me. Now the price quoted is for one so if you need a pair you need to order two.
Looking forward to getting the new fender skirts. I will do a write up with a full review once I receive them and have them installed. So far the company has been excellent to deal with and I have had excellent communication with them regarding the order including confirmation upon receipt of my old fender skirt.

Good to hear you were happy with the shrouds! Your fenders are likely shipping tomorrow, so not too much of a wait yet.

As Trailblazer mentioned, you could look at recreating your fender skirt. Here is a link to that program: Tandem Fender Skirts for all Travel Trailers & Fifth Wheels - The Original Fender Skirt Creator
Shoot me a message if you have any questions about it.

Jordan,
If you're interested in expanding your selection at all, a number of us bought leftover fenderskirts for 2007s when some became available. They are much larger skirts than the '03 ones, and are much more prone to cracking.
Sunline had four different styles in 2007. They had 66" and 68" long in both a gold/bronze color and white. The majority of them in 2006 and 2007 used the bronze color. The 66" went on non-slide trailers and the longer 68" went on the slide room trailers.
Someone here might be willing to send you theirs temporarily for the cost of shipping. I bought two of the 68" bronze ones, but they aren't easily accessible to me at the moment. We all got them from Stoltzfus Adamstown. Last I knew they didn't have many left (and were out of I think all but one style), but maybe they have one of those left still.
Jon

Hi Jon,
That sounds like a plan. I'll keep that in mind and let you all know. Right now the Mold shop is pretty busy with other projects - but we are always looking to expand our selection with hard to find parts.
One thing - When we mold the parts, the original sample is usually used up in the process, so there would be only a small chance we would be able to send the original parts back. We can cross that bridge when we come to it though.

When I arrived home tonight there was a package waiting for me with the fender skirts I sent to Icon Direct to be duplicated. After opening the package all I can say is WOW!!!! I am extremely impressed and pleased with the duplicated fender skirts. I can't believe they were able to duplicated the fender skirts perfectly based on the pieces I sent them. If it were not for the small Icon Direct logo that molded into the fender skirts, I would have thought these came right out of the Sunline factory.
Although I won't be able to install them for a couple of weeks, I will try and get some pictures to post so everyone can see how they turned out.

As promised, below are a couple of pictures of the fender skirts. Unfortunately my camera battery needed charging so I wasn't able to use the flash so they are not as sharp as I would have liked.
In the first picture you can see the size of the box. I place our snow shovel in front of it so you would have something for scale to compare it to:
The fender skirt
The placement of the company logo on the fender skirt
I will get better pictures when I install the fender skirt on the trailer.
