New rig pictures....

Hey all. As you may remember, we bought our 2006 T-1950 earlier in the fall and just upgraded the tow vehicle, so we are ready for some serious adventures.

Tundra and Sunline.

Side shot of Sunline.

Rear shot of Sunline.

Only "in action" shot of Sunline. My buddy and I took the Sunline out to SD in October for a trial run with his TV.

Very nice! That 5.7 must run like it's not even hitched up.

We have a 2005 T-1950 and pull it with a Ford 5.4 and it runs like it isn't even hitched up so I can imagine how yours feels. Good looking rig and Red is my favorite color.

I wonder why the 2006 T-1950 says Classic on the back and the 2005 doesn't. Any idea of the difference.

It's mostly a marketing ploy. In 2006, they hired an interior designer to make the interiors more luxurious. In addition to the interior designer picking the fabric choices, they also picked leather and lighting options combined with a fiberglass exterior and marketed as the Ultra package. So they came up with the Classic designation for those with the typical cloth interior/aluminum exterior. A '06 model X Classic is no different than an '05 model X beyond the regular changes in decals, fenderskirts, and interior colors.

Some early '07s had the Classic designation too. Not sure if it was intentional or not though. There weren't many Ultra package units built during either year though.

Tod, Nice looking rig!

Thanks for sharing the pics. Looks great!

I see you have your best friend standing watch. I'm sure he/she likes to go camping as much as you do.

Happy Camping

John

That is the hope. I hooked it up only to move it around the yard, so I don't even know. We will find out in March .

Red is a great color, especially when buying last years model sitting on the lot . I am surprised how it hides the dirt, plus Jen loves it.

Thanks John and all others...

We are planning a 6 week trip this summer with our 4 year old (then 5) and the pups. We are going to try to get in a shakedown trip in April or March to try to get things somewhat figgured out. Just a whole lot of cold between now and then, though.

Again, thanks and thanks for all the help thus far.

T
